- Australia: Standard shipping 3–7 business days. Express shipping available at checkout.
- International: Shipping times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
