About Hollow Aero Works

Do you manufacture your own products?

Yes. Hollow Aero Works operates its own carbon fibre manufacturing facility. Every product is designed, laid up, and finished in-house — we do not outsource production to third-party factories. This gives us direct control over material selection, layup quality, and finishing standards at every stage.

Where are your products made?

All HAW products are manufactured in our own factory. We source our carbon fibre fabric directly from Toray — one of the world's leading carbon fibre producers — ensuring consistent, high-grade raw materials in every piece we make.

What makes HAW carbon fibre different from other brands?

Because we control the entire production process, we can hold tolerances that third-party manufacturers often can't. Our prepreg dry carbon process uses autoclave curing under controlled temperature and pressure, with resin content precisely maintained between 37–42%. The result is a part that is lighter, stiffer, and more consistent than wet carbon alternatives sold at similar price points.

Materials & Manufacturing

What is prepreg dry carbon?

Prepreg (pre-impregnated) carbon fibre is fabric that has been pre-saturated with a precise amount of resin before layup. Unlike wet carbon (where resin is applied by hand during production), prepreg carbon is cured in an autoclave under heat and pressure. This process produces a denser, lighter, and stronger finished part with a more consistent resin-to-fibre ratio.

What carbon fibre fabric do you use?

We use Toray standard-grade 3K twill-weave carbon fibre tow. 3K refers to the number of individual filaments per bundle — approximately 3,000 per tow. The twill weave creates the classic diagonal pattern that shifts subtly under light, giving HAW parts their distinctive visual depth.

Do your products come with a UV-resistant clear coat?

Yes. All HAW carbon fibre parts are finished with a UV-resistant clear coat to protect the weave from yellowing and fading over time. Gloss finish parts receive a high-gloss clear coat; matte finish parts receive a satin clear coat.

Fitment & Installation

Will your parts fit my car without modification?

All HAW products are designed for direct OEM fitment on the specified chassis. No cutting or permanent modification is required. We strongly recommend verifying your chassis code against the product fitment list before ordering, and professional installation is always recommended.

Do you provide installation instructions?

Fitting hardware is included with every product. For installation guidance, we recommend consulting a professional installer familiar with carbon fibre exterior parts. If you have specific fitment questions, contact us at hollowaeroworks@gmail.com.

Orders & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship from Australia to most of countries. Contact us to confirm your overseas location is covered.

What is the lead time for pre-order items?

Pre-order items have an estimated lead time of approximately 2-4 weeks from the date of order. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer Ready To Ship products?

Yes. Select products are available as Ready To Ship, meaning they are in stock and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty do you offer?

All HAW products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. For full details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
