Warranty
At Hollow Aero Works, we stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture. All HAW carbon fibre products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Delamination or structural failure under normal use conditions
- Clear coat defects (bubbling, peeling) not caused by external damage
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Damage from accidents, collisions, or road debris
- Normal wear and tear, including minor surface scratches
- Damage caused by chemical exposure (harsh cleaners, solvents, etc.)
- Products that have been modified or repaired by a third party
How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at hollowaeroworks@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
Resolution
Approved warranty claims will be resolved at our discretion by repair, replacement, or store credit.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
