The carbon fibre fabric is autoclave-cured under high temperature and pressure, with resin content precisely controlled between 37% and 42%. We use Toray standard-grade 3K twill-weave carbon fibre tow to produce our fabric. 3K means each carbon bundle contains approximately 3,000 individual filaments. The twill weave creates the classic diagonal texture — one that shifts subtly under changing light, understated yet impossible to ignore.
